All of our Virtual IT Managers (VITM) must meet our very high standards of knowledge, experience, and teamwork skills before they are able to act in this capacity for any of our clients.

Your Virtual IT Manager will bring enterprise-class technology planning, deployment and business processes to your small or medium-sized business. And because we are truly dedicated to giving you the customized IT support your business needs, our VITMs are available on a project basis or as part of your flat-fee managed services. Either way, your VITM will establish “best practice” management policies, based on your unique IT infrastructure to help you get the maximum value out of your current and future IT investments.

  • Lead IT Department operational and strategic planning
  • Manage deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems
  • Benchmark, analyze, report on, and make recommendations for IT infrastructure
  • Oversee provision of end-user services
  • Work with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology
  • Keep current with the latest technologies. (In fact, we require this from every member of our team!)
  • Manage financial aspects of the IT
  • Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives
  • Approve and oversee projects and project portfolio
  • Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures
  • Develop requests for proposals
  • Negotiate and administer contracts and service agreements.
  • Manage all IT assets
  • Manage IT staffing
  • Establish and maintain regular written and on site communications with your organization’s executives, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent IT activities
